Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Place the handbag securely in its original dust bag and shipping box, ensuring all protective plastics and tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
